Shades Of Green In Southern California
With a generous dose of earthy green tones, rich materials, and plenty of texture, this craftsman home In Los Angeles is anything but expected. Built in 1910, it got a total refresh from Reath Design, who also brought in complementary shades of ruby red, pale pink, and aubergine. The result is home that’s both cozy and contemporary, easy and eclectic, traditional but totally unique – and definitely leaving us green with envy.

Easy Ways To Get Colorful
There’s no time like summer to bring some vibrant colors into your home – and wardrobe. For a burst of blue, try adding this sculptural vase to your coffee table or console, and a grouping of these multi-colored tea light holders will bring a lovely glow to your dinner table. For an easy way to incorporate color (without going totally bold), opt for this daisy print dress in shades of red and blue or a fun pair of comfy men’s shorts in salmon.

A Fashionable Way To Keep Your Mask Handy
Now that face masks have become a part of our daily lives, you’ll want to add this clever chain to make them even more functional. Designer Esta Layne has created a number of chain designs (made with pearls and colorful beads) that easily attach to any mask – allowing you to take it on and off as needed. The chains also can be attached to sunglasses or worn as a necklace allowing you to make a statement for safety in style. She’s even created a customizable glow in the dark bead version for the little ones! Staying safe has never been so stylish.
Clever Details In A Designer’s Kitchen
Great design not only has to look good, it also needs to function. And this gorgeous kitchen manages to do both very well. Designer (and homeowner) Laura McCrosky cleverly divided the room into different areas for different tasks (prep, baking, coffee, and bar), while also utilizing striking materials like veined marble and light wood cabinetry. She also incorporated ingenious details like sliding marble-covered walls that reveal hidden storage as well as a sink with a built-in drying rack.
Light & White In Manhattan
Simple, tranquil, and bright are the best ways to describe this New York apartment. With white walls, abundant light, and grey floors, designer James Huniford gave this minimal space a fresh and elegant feel, while adding in visual interest through art and sculptural pieces. While the main bedroom -with plush grey carpet and a linen-covered bed, feels like a serene spot to escape from it all.
