  1. Spring was my most favorite season of the year until the pandemic hit. I am thankful I am alive this Holy Week and that I could still make a difference serving mankind. I look forward to Bobby’s ideas and design recommendations.

I am thankful March Madness is over and I can finally get back into doing few of the things that makes me happy; serving mankind, running and focusing on designing my dream home office with a splash of colors to give life to my walls and outdoor furniture Bobby recommended.

I love watching the sunset off my patio and cooking outdoor.

  2. We moved into our house 5 years ago. It’s our first house and the most adorable little bungalow. It has a 150′ deep yard that backs onto a park. I don’t really know what to do with the space. A lot of it is sloped, and there’s a huge (but gorgeous) spruce at the bottom of the yard that takes up a lot of space. There’s also hedges, which we didn’t realize would be such a pain to maintain, and no fencing, which is keeping us from getting a dog. I do have some ideas, but I don’t know how realistic they are budget-wise.

    1. It really depends on how you want to use the space. I would carve out an area for seating or dining first and create a flat surface with pavers, which are a less expensive option than a deck or a concrete pad. You’ll definitely want to enjoy such a large and green space this summer! xx -B

  3. I am alive and ready for my new outdoor life. Thank you Bobby! I just shared your post with my retired friends in Southern California.

I own a five bedroom house in Belize, Central America and your design and furniture gave me hope. Watching the sunset off my patio, cooking and barbecuing outdoor when I am not running with my team mates is what I missed most during this pandemic in addition to helping to advocate for our schools and children.

    Love your design and ideas.
