It’s that time of year – when the weather starts to cool off, you pull your sweaters out of storage, and I crave all the delicious dishes that fall has to offer. Fall for me has always meant watching football with a big bowl of chili! This recipe uses a mix of short ribs, brisket, and chuck to give you a meaty, hearty bowl that will warm your stomach and your heart (even if you don’t eat it while watching football).

I love cornbread and I love zucchini bread, so of course, I was going to love this combo of the two! Especially when you throw a little cheddar cheese in it.
