  1. I had wanted a pour-over & my wife gave me a Chemex for my birthday over 6 years ago. She thought it would be a whim & would quickly be relegated to being used infrequently. I have used it every day since & we gave away our expensive drip coffee maker. It not only makes excellent coffee (granted, part of that is using great beans), it allows me to start me day looking out at our garden and contemplating the day ahead while I make coffee. It is a very zen & fulfilling way to make coffee for me. We also bought a Nespresso Pixie & milk frother 8 years ago use it at least 4 times a week. I make hot & cold lattes, espresso & iced coffees Both totally worth the investment!

    1. Thanks so much for sharing your experience with the Chemex! I love that you have such a zen morning ritual with coffee making – I’m sure it’s something we all can relate to. xx -B
