Vista Santa Fe
A show home in San Diego designed to be bold, but comfortable.
We worked with Pardee Homes to design a show home in their newest community, Vista Santa Fe, located in San Diego. The home features a dramatic black kitchen with appliances from Dacor appliances, and an adjacent dining room that echoes that feel. We brought in warm wood tones for contrast, and lots of textures and patterns for visual interest. The main living spaces of the home- the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open and flow into each other, so it was important that they felt connected. While the bedrooms and bathrooms became spaces that felt intimate, but still modern and interesting. Overall, this home blends modern touches, bold moments and clean and comfortable design.
