We’ve all heard the term Boho thrown around in design… we even covered what that really means and broke it down in this series. But, what happens when you combine boho accessories, lots of warm wood tones, and a modern space with lots of glass? You get our newest Bobby Berk design project- a home that brings together the best of sleek, clean lines and an eclectic feel.
Also part of the Vista Santa Fe community by Pardee Homes, this home presented us an opportunity to create a space that elevated the boho aesthetic and gave it a modern edge. We utilized lots of warm toned wood and natural woven textures to bring in an organic feel, and plenty of textiles and prints for that collected boho vibe. Sleek black lighting, clean-lined furnishings and ultra modern architecture provides contrast and gives this project it’s edge. The home also features a truly enviable outdoor space, complete with pool and multiple lounge areas.
This is an ecclectic design that takes boho in a new, modern direction, and we’re excited to show it off to all of you!

(And if we may toot our own horn, this design also won Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced Over 1 Million Dollars from the National Home Builders Association!) which if you aren’t familiar with it, is basically the Oscars of home building. Ok, we digress – below is the full tour of the home and the products to bring it into your own space.
