Our Newest Project: A Naturally Modern Model Home
It may just be February, but it’s already been a busy year for Bobby and our design team. They’ve been traveling the country meeting clients, visiting sites, and presenting exciting interior concepts. They also just completed a brand new project – a naturally modern model home – and we’re sharing all the design details with you!
What is a model home you might be asking? It’s a “show property” that displays the design and features of a new community for prospective buyers. For this project, we worked with Tri Pointe Homes to create 3 model homes for the Arroyo’s Edge community in Summerlin, Nevada. Situated at the base of the Red Rock mountains just west of Las Vegas, Arroyo’s Edge elevates desert living through innovative design and state-of-the-art amenities. And today, we’re bringing you all details (and photos) of the first design in the community, which we’ve dubbed Naturally Modern.

Naturally Modern Model Home
Behind The Design
For the first of 3 homes for Arroyo’s Edge, we took the design in a natural direction, while also incorporating plenty of modern touches. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is decked out in a palette of sage green and mustard yellow (inspired by dessert wildflowers), with accents of black for a graphic pop. Rich wood tones, abundant plants, and landscape art all lend an organic feel, while sleek lighting and sculptural furniture add contrast. It all creates a home that embraces the outdoors – while providing a stylish and naturally modern space indoors.
