Part of the Tri Pointe Homes Context at Oakhurst community in Charlotte, North Carolina, this 1,695-square-foot townhome is my modern take on a farmhouse look. Instead of sticking to all the trademarks of this design style, I incorporated some fresh ideas, including a monochromatic kitchen, leather accents, and soothing shades of green.
