Part of the Sandalwood community by Pardee Homes, this model home in Las Vegas takes a simple color scheme of black & white and injects it with lots of personality. From bold and graphic lighting to streamlined furniture, to curated layers of textures and materials. By utilizing clean lines, black metal, and strong linear shapes, we gave this home a modern edge to match the contemporary architecture. But to keep things from feeling too hard, we brought in warm wood tones, textured upholstery, and natural elements for a bit of softness. This contrast helped us create a home that balances bold moments with simple and subtle details. And while we may have kept things neutral, this space is anything but just black & white.
