The Bobby Berk Design team had a very busy 2023 – and things are sure to be the same this year! Working with Tri Pointe Homes, we’re fully vested in creating unique designs for model home communities all across the U.S. And today, it’s time to reveal another new project – and style – from the collaboration! Get ready to discover Serene Scandinavian at Heatherly!
As we previously revealed, Bobby has partnered with Tri Pointe Homes to create a number of unique home designs. And we’re so excited to reveal his 2nd home design from that exclusive partnership (which is now available for purchase!) So let’s take a tour – and introduce you to Serene Scandinavian!

Serene Scandinavian At Heatherly
For this design, we looked to create a fresh take on classic Scandi style. To do so, we turned this 2,003 sq ft, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home in the Heatherly community into a considered blend of natural and modern. A mixed palette of walnut and light woods is accentuated by staples of Scandinavian style, like clean-lined lighting and furniture. Shades of sage green call to mind the countryside, and are accented by crisp whites. Minimalist furnishings, simple patterns, and unencumbered spaces also invite in a tranquil energy. This combination is pure Scandinavian and serene and feels right at home in Southern California, or anywhere you wish!
