A quick, consistent morning routine beats a twelve-step routine you only do three times a week. Cleanser, treatment, moisturizer, SPF. Done. It should take four minutes.

If you eat breakfast, make it the same thing every morning. Decision fatigue is the enemy. I eat the same yogurt and fruit bowl Monday through Friday. Boring is good!
