You probably know that Bobby is a big fan of using neutral tones in his designs. But for our latest project, he decided to give neutrals a new look and feel. Part of the Highview community for Tri Pointe Homes in Henderson, Nevada, this model home took black, white, and brown tones in a modern and bold direction. So get ready to tour the newest project reveal: Going Graphic!

NEW DESIGN PROJECT
Going Graphic At Highview
Utilizing bold shapes and graphic patterns, this unique model home at Highview by Tri Pointe Homes is definitely not your normal use of neutrals. It brings together black, white, and brown to create a dynamic home that’s a real standout. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths spread over 1,822 sq feet, the home features an open plan first floor and an array of eye-catching elements, like bold black accent walls, sculptural lighting, and a mix of tonal textures. Graphic wallpaper makes a statement in the bedrooms and bathrooms, while punchy artwork also livens up the walls. This project certainly proves that neutrals can be exciting, edgy – and most of all – anything but boring!
