Part of the Highview community for Tri Pointe Homes in Henderson, Nevada, this model home is minimal Mediterranean meets comfy and cozy. NEW DESIGN PROJECT
Touch of Terracotta At Highview
Terracotta is truly the star of this model home at Highview by Tri Pointe Homes. We used this earthy tone throughout the 1,640 sq foot 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, creating a space that feels grounded, comfy, and definitely easy on the eyes. The open floor plan on the first level features spacious areas for dining and entertaining, accented by modern lighting, plush seating, and a unique paint treatment that’s the dynamic focal point. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a playful patterned wall mural and sculptural furniture, as well as a cozy lounge area and gallery wall. With a touch of terracotta, this project turned into a showcase for stylish living, and a special place to call home.
