Bobby Berk x Tri Pointe Homes
Bobby and Tri Pointe Homes first began working together back in 2015, when Bobby was named the Design Director of Tri Pointe’s Responsive Home. The two-home concept was designed with millennials in mind, and created as part of Strada, a new neighborhood in the master-planned community of Inspirada in Henderson, Nevada.
After the success of these homes, Bobby continued to work with Tri Pointe, designing other model homes for the Nova Ridge and Escala communities in the Las Vegas area, and later projects in San Diego, Phoenix, Seattle, and cities all across the country. Today, Bobby and our design team continue to work on new projects for Tri Pointe, always seeking out inventive ways to enhance a modern way of living.

What Is Tri Pointe Homes?
Tri Pointe Homes is one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, creating homes and neighborhoods that make a premium lifestyle possible at numerous price points.
