PROJECT REVEAL
Contemporary Wine Country At Vertex
The inspiration for our latest design? A trip to wine country in Northern California. Everything from the vineyard dotted landscape to the rustic wood barrels, to the color of a glass of pinot noir informed this model home design at Vertex by Tri Pointe Homes in Summerlin, Nevada. The 1,824 square foot 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home takes many classic design design elements and materials and gives them a contemporary twist. Rich fabrics, deep wood tones, layered textures, and dynamic art all add to the overall feel. For the color palette, we turned to grape vines and sunsets over the rolling hills, choosing neutral tones paired with brown, gold, black, and deep burgundy. We also included a relaxing outdoor spot (complete with pergola) to sit back and unwind with – what else- a glass of wine.
