‘Junk or Jackpot?’ Premiere Date Revealed!

Back in August, I let you all in on my new show, ‘Junk or Jackpot?’ And today, I can officially announce that you’ll be able to watch the series in just a few short weeks.

Right after you’ve opened presents, I’ve got another present for you: ‘Junk or Jackpot?’ premieres Friday, December 26th at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV! And after the premiere, you can catch a new episode every Friday in January. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

As a reminder, the six-episode season will follow me as I meet passionate people who are in desperate need of a life-changing renovation and will soon discover the hidden monetary value of their massive and unusual collections. In the series premiere, I’m at Patrick’s two-bedroom condo that has been overtaken by his beloved collection of marionettes, puppets, figurines, and pinball machines. After I hear how the overwhelming trove is affecting Patrick’s relationship with his partner, Roger, I help Patrick part with some of the valuable items to finance a transformative overhaul of his main living space and home office. Once the pieces bring top dollar at auction, I will bring new life to the spaces—and most importantly, calm to Patrick and Roger’s lives—with stunning lighting, flooring, and furniture as well as custom built-ins that provide the ideal display and essential storage for the cherished keepsakes.

Each new episode of ‘Junk or Jackpot?’ airs at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV and will be available to stream the next day on HBO Max^® and discovery+ beginning Dec. 27. I can’t wait for you all to see the show, meet all the unique collectors, and see how I transform their collections – and spaces!
