This week, it’s time for a higher calling, as we meet a former nun who is on a new spiritual journey (and looking for someone to join her). Get ready to meet the next hero from Queer Eye Season 8: Alison!
We Meet Alison McCrary in Episode 5 – “The Flying Nun”. Alison is a former nun who now works as a social justice lawyer and Executive Director of Mission Mycelium. While Alison is totally organized, in control, and connected to her spiritual side, what she is lacking is a connection to another special someone. She needs the confidence to move beyond her spreadsheet for a potential partner – and put herself out there and into the dating pool.
The Fab Five show up – and show Alison that she is deserving of love, while also introducing her to 5 potential new partners (and by the end of the episode, she even goes on a date with one of them!)
For this makeover, Bobby gave Alison’s uber-organized home an injection of style – including a new bedroom, kitchen, creative room, meditation space, and desk!
